Applications are now open for the Girls Who Code Summer Immersion Program for 2015. The program is open to girls in grade 11 and 12.
The program will be offered in ten different locations in the US with eight locations in the Bay area, Emeryville, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Redwood City, Santa Clara, San Francisco, San Jose and San Ramon. Dates for the program depend upon location. Each location will host a group of 20 young women daily from 9 am – 4 pm, for seven weeks and they will learn everything from mobile app development to robotics to web design and, ultimately, have a chance to build the products they want to see in the world.
Cost for Girls Who Code Summer Immersion Program
The program is free for participants and no prior experience is necessary.

What is Girls Who Code?
Girls Who Code programs work to inspire, educate, and equip girls with the computing skills to pursue 21st century opportunities. Girls Who Code programs not only teach girls how to code and develop apps but also introduce girls to female role models, leaders of companies and movers and shakers.
