I love the fact that each year more and more businesses are offering freebies and discounts to Veterans, active duty Military and their families on Veteran’s Day. I dedicate this post of Veteran’s Day discounts to the men and women of my family that have served in the military and those who have also supported the military with volunteer efforts at the USO.

Meals and Restaurant Discounts for Veteran’s Day 2015
Just a reminder that most meal and restaurant discounts do not included tax or gratuity. I have tried whenever possible to link directly to the discount page.
Applebee’s: Veterans and active duty military receive a free meal from a limited menu.
BJ’s Restaurant: Active duty military and veterans receive a complimentary entree under $12.95.
Black Angus: Free Steakhouse Bacon Cheese buger and Fries for all vets and active duty military personnel.
Buffalo Wild Wings: Veterans and active duty military personnel receive one small order of traditioanl or boneless wings and a side of fries from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm.
California Pizza Kitchen: Veterans and active military receive a complimentary entrée from a special menu.
Cattlemens: Active, inactive, and retired military personnel get a free Small Sirloin Steak Dinner.
Chili’s: Veterans and active military service members get a free entrée from a limited menu.
Chuck E Cheese: A free individual thin and crispy pizza.
Denny’s: Active, inactive and retired military personnel get a free Build Your Own Grand Slam from 5 a.m. to noon at participating locations.
Famous Dave’s: Enjoy a free Georgia Chopped Pork Sandwich.
Golden Corral: Military Appreciation Night free dinner from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Military retirees, veterans, active duty, National Guard and Reserves.
Gordon Biersch: Veterans and active military personnel receive a free appetizer.
IHOP: Participating IHOP Restaurants offer veterans and active duty military free Red, White and Blue pancakes from 7 am – 7 pm.
Krispy Kreme: Krispy Kreme is offering a free doughnut and small coffee to all veterans at participating locations.
Little Caesars: Veterans and active military members receive a free $5 Lunch Combo from 11 am – 2 pm. Limited to first 30 per participating location.
Olive Garden: Enjoy a Free Entrée in Honor of Your Service.
On the Border: Veterans and active duty military can enjoy a free meal from the “Create Your Own Combo menu”.
Outback Steakhouse: All active and former service members receive a free Bloomin’ Onion and a beverage on November 11. Outback is also offering active and former service members 15% off their meals Nov. 12 through Dec. 31.
Red Lobster: Veterans, reserve and active-duty military personnel receive a free appetizer or dessert from a limited menu from November 9 through November 12.
Red Robin: Veterans and active duty military get a free Red’s Tavern Double Burger with Bottomless Steak Fries.
Sizzler: Free lunch and beverage from opening until 4 pm.
Starbucks: Veterans, active duty service members and spouses get a free tall coffee at participating locations.
Texas Roadhouse: A free lunch from 11 am – 2 pm. Offer is good for active duty, retired or former U.S. military.
TGIFridays: Veterans and active duty military get a free lunch from a select menu from 11 am -2 pm.
Wienerschnitzel: Veterans and active duty military receive a free Chili Dog and a small Pepsi.
