California Youth Sustainability Awards California Residents Only

  • Award: $55000
  • California resident 1+ year, 21 years of age or younger and must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen.
  • Deadline: October 30

Thomas J Henry Leadership Scholarship

  • Award: $1000
  • Open to all students 18 and older.
  • Deadline: November 1

CardsDirect Future Designer Scholarship

  • Award: $2000
  • The winner of our Future Designer Scholarship will receive a $2,000 scholarship and will have their designs featured as products on our site. Applicants must be at least 17 years old and already accepted or enrolled in this educational organization.  You do not have to be an Art major for this contest.
  • Deadline: November 1


Champions for Christ Scholarship

  • Award: Varies
  • Open to students who have surrendered their lives to full-time Christian service and are preparing for full-time Christian ministry.
  • Deadline: November 1

Create Real Impact Contest

  • Award: $1500-$3000
  • Create Real Impact Contest calls on students, ages 14-22, to showcase their solutions and strategies to stop the #1 killer of young people–reckless and distracted driving.
  • Deadline: November 3

Prudential Emerging Visionaries Awards

  • Award: (25) $5000s and (1) $10,000
  • Open to young leaders ages 14-18 who are bringing powerful vision and real change to their communities.
  • Deadline: November 4

NCWIT Award for Aspirations in Computing

  • Award: Varies
  • Women, genderqueer, or non-binary students in grades 9 through 12 are welcome to apply.
  • Deadline: November 5

Good Tidings Community Service Scholarship California Residents Only

  • Award: $10,000
  • Winners must volunteer a minimum of 1 shift (~2-4 hours) for our Good Tidings’ Winter Wonderland Toy Giveaway Program between 12/11 – 12/20 in Burlingame, CA and must plan on attending college, vocational, or continuing education.
  • Deadline: November 12

HomeLight Scholarship

  • Award: $1000
  • Open to any legal U.S. resident in high school or college who will be attending an accredited university or college in Spring 2022 is eligible to apply. 
  • Deadline: November 15

Elks Most Valuable Student College Scholarship

  • Award: $1,000 per year to $12,500 per year, 500 scholarships total
  • Open to high school seniors who are citizens of the U.S.
  • Deadline: November 15

Creativity Leads to Success Scholarship

  • Award: (1) $2500 and (2) $1250s
  • Open to U.S. students ages 18 and over who will be attending college or grad school by spring 2022.
  • Deadline: November 15

James Alan Cox Photography Scholarship

  • Award: (5) $2500s (undergrad), (1) $2500 (grad student), plus Five Digital SLR Cameras to high school students
  • Open to high school (sophomores and up) and graduate students.
  • Deadline: November 15

University of Florida Out-of-State Scholarships

  • Award: $80,000
  • Merit-based scholarships for out of state students.
  • Deadline: November 16

Jack Kent Cooke Scholarship

  • Award: $40,000
  • Open to current high school seniors.

  • Award: $500
  • Open to current high school or college students in the United States or Canada.

  • Award: $1000
  • Open to students aged 18 and up who are attending or who will attend an accredited college, university, or trade school in 2021.

  • To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must be enrolled in college, graduate school, or be a GED holder who is about to attend college.

  • Open to all high school and college students.
  • Deadline: November 30

Bachus & Schanker, LLC Scholarship

  • Award: $2000
  • Open to any high school senior accepted to attend a four-year university by the time of the award, or full-time student attending a four-year university in the United States who carries a 3.0 cumulative GPA.

  • Award: $2000
  • Open to middle and high school students.
  • Deadline: November 30


Nitro Scholarship

  • Award: $2000
  • Open to high school seniors and all college students ages 17 and up.
  • Deadline: November 19

Education Matters Scholarship

  • Award: $5000
  • Open to U.S. students. Must be 14 years of age or older to apply. Must be a legal U.S. resident. Must reside in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
  • Deadline: November 30

Second Chances Scholarship California Residents Only

  • Award: $500 – $1500
  • high school seniors who have experienced hardship, and then demonstrated resilience in changing course.
  • Deadline: November 30
